A plain-language note

Alphabet is an educational tool, not a replacement for a parent, teacher, healthcare professional, or specialist. A parent or guardian should supervise a young child's use of the App and review purchases and privacy choices.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Heorhii Ulanov, the developer of Alphabet. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use is also subject to the rules of the platform through which you obtained it, including the Apple App Store.

2. Parents, Guardians, and Children

Alphabet is designed for young children. A parent or legal guardian should review these Terms, supervise use, and manage permissions, advertising choices, and purchases.

A child should not independently make purchases, change privacy settings, or contact support without a parent or guardian.

3. Educational Purpose

Alphabet provides activities intended to support learning letters, sounds, vocabulary, and related early-learning skills. Learning outcomes vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.

The App is not medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or professional educational advice.

4. Limited App License

Subject to these Terms and app-store rules, we grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Alphabet on devices you own or control for private, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, remove ownership notices from, or use the App in a harmful or unauthorized manner, except where law permits.

5. No User Account

Alphabet does not currently require a user account. Learning progress and preferences are generally stored locally. Deleting the App or its data may permanently remove that information.

6. Advertising

The free version may display banner or interstitial advertisements. We aim to show ads only at natural breaks rather than during active learning interactions.

Availability and format may vary by region, age-related settings, consent choices, device configuration, and platform requirements.

7. Subscription and In-App Purchases

Alphabet may offer an automatically renewing subscription that removes advertisements while active. Price, billing period, trial availability, and other details are shown before confirmation.

Payment is charged through the user's Apple account. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Apple account settings. Apple handles billing, payment processing, subscription management, and refund eligibility.

8. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

The App, its design, software, illustrations, audio, text, graphics, animations, learning activities, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law.

Content may be used only as part of normal personal use of Alphabet. No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Third-Party Services

Alphabet relies on Apple, Google, Firebase, and Amazon Web Services. Those providers may apply their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App. Some updates may be required for security, legal compliance, or compatibility.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Network access may be required for media downloads, ads, purchase verification, or notifications.

11. Responsible Use

You agree to use Alphabet lawfully and only for its intended educational purpose. You are responsible for the device, internet connection, parental controls, and app-store account used with the App.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphabet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every learner.

We are not responsible for loss of local progress caused by deletion, device failure, replacement, operating-system actions, or clearing local data.

Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Alphabet at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, third-party services, or legal compliance.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, law, platform requirements, or business practices. The current version will be published at alphabetlearnapp.com/terms.

15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence.

Nothing limits a consumer's right to use a competent court or other remedy available under applicable law.
