A note for parents and guardians

Alphabet is designed for young children and should be used with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. No account is required, and the App does not ask children to provide profile information.

1. Who We Are

Alphabet is developed and maintained by Heorhii Ulanov, Poland.

Website: alphabetlearnapp.com. Support: [email protected].

2. Information We Process

Alphabet does not require registration and does not ask for a name, address, phone number, date of birth, password, photographs, contacts, or payment-card details.

Learning progress, selected language, preferences, and subscription entitlement may be stored locally on the device.

Trusted providers may process limited technical information such as device and system version, App version, language, general region, diagnostics, crash reports, IP address, or advertising identifiers where permitted.

3. Children's Privacy

Children can use Alphabet without creating an account, posting content, communicating with other users, or creating a public profile.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

4. Advertising and Consent

The free version may display banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Ads are intended to appear at natural pauses and not during active learning.

Alphabet uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy choices where required. Depending on law and settings, Google may serve limited or non-personalized advertising.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

Firebase Analytics helps us understand overall App usage and improve the learning experience. Firebase Crashlytics helps detect and diagnose crashes and technical errors.

We do not use these services to intentionally identify children or create personal profiles.

6. Educational Content Delivery

Amazon Web Services, including Amazon S3, is used to store and deliver animal and object images, other educational illustrations, pronunciation audio, and related media.

Amazon S3 is not used to store user accounts, learning progress, payment information, user-generated content, or personal profiles.

7. Notifications and Purchases

Optional push notifications may be sent through Apple Push Notification service and can be disabled in device settings.

The optional Remove Ads subscription is processed by Apple. Alphabet does not receive full payment-card details, banking credentials, or Apple ID passwords.

8. Local Storage and Retention

Learning progress and preferences are stored locally and are not synchronized through an Alphabet account or uploaded to an Alphabet-owned backend.

Deleting the App or its local data may permanently remove progress. Third-party providers retain information according to their own settings and legal obligations.

9. Legal Bases and International Transfers

Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

Third-party providers may process information outside the user's country. Recognized safeguards are used where required.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted communication, limited data collection, reputable infrastructure providers, and regular software maintenance. No system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or request portability.

A parent or guardian may disable notifications, manage privacy choices, manage subscriptions through Apple, remove local progress, or uninstall the App.

12. Third-Party Services

Alphabet uses Google AdMob, Google UMP, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Amazon Web Services, Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple Push Notification service. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.

13. Changes and Complaints

We may update this Policy when the App, law, or our practices change. The latest version will be published at alphabetlearnapp.com/privacy.

Where available, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
