Close Alphabet Learn completely and open it again.

An internet connection may be required to download images, pronunciation audio, verify purchases, or receive notifications.

Make sure the latest version of Alphabet Learn and iOS is installed.

How do I remove advertisements?

Open Settings in Alphabet Learn and select Remove Ads. The subscription is purchased and managed through Apple.

How do I restore a subscription?

Open the Remove Ads screen and use Restore Purchases, or sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Manage the subscription in Apple ID settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Why are some images or sounds not loading?

Check the internet connection, restart the App, and try again. Educational media is downloaded from secure cloud storage.

How do I change the learning language?

Open Settings → Learning language and select the required language.

Where is progress stored?

Learning progress is stored locally on the device. It is not synchronized through an Alphabet Learn account.

How do I disable notifications?

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Alphabet Learn and turn notifications off.

How do I report a privacy concern?

Email [email protected] and describe the concern. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a child.
